Donuts Baked in the Oven

Vegan Donuts-Oil Free

Vegan baked donuts, no oil added.
Baked donuts dipped in chocolate glaze, coloured with blue spirulina powder or blue butterfly pea flower powder

Ingredients (makes 10-12 donuts) ⁣
2 cups wholemeal flour *240g ⁣
1/2 cup coconut sugar *100g ⁣
2 tsp baking powder ⁣
1/2 tsp baking soda ⁣
1/4 tsp rose salt ⁣

1/2 cup dairy free yogurt ^120g⁣
1 cup unsweetened soy milk *240g ⁣
2 tsp vanilla bean extract ⁣

200g dairy free chocolate ⁣
2 tsp blue spirulina powder ⁣

Organic Blue Butterfly Flower Pea Powder

Instructions⁣
Preheat the oven to 180c. Prepare a donut pan and set aside. ⁣
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, soda and salt.⁣
In a small bowl, whisk together the coconut sugar, milk, yogurt and vanilla until smooth. ⁣
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. ⁣
Add batter to a piping bag, snip a corner and pipe it in.⁣
Bake donuts for 12 minuets. Remove donuts from oven and let cool.⁣
Combine melted chocolate with blue spirulina powder. Dip the cooled donuts into the chocolate.⁣
