Green Leaves Smoothie with Chervil and Ginger 

A smoothie to warm you up!! Green leaves healthy protein juice full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

Ingredients:

One Cup baby spinach
1/2 cup beetroot leaves and stems
1/2 cup chervil leaves and stems (Anthriscus cerefolium)
Ginger

Prepare 1 or 2 cups of orange juice
Lemon juice of half lemon,
Hot pepper skin and or the seeds (optional)
Lemon and orange zest


In your juicer put all the ingredients, except the orange juice, lemon juice, the zest, and the hot pepper.

Strain the leafy juice in a jar and add in as much orange and lemon juice as you like to taste. Decorate with slices of orange and lemon, the zest, and the spicy pepper seeds. Enjoy!

You can use the dry leafy leftovers from the juicer for salads, soups, pies with other greens, etc
