150gr Hazelnuts toasted
2tbsp Cocoa powder
1 small ripe Avocado
3 tbsp Coconut sugar or any other sweetener of choice
Blend hazelnuts until creamy and or crunchy.
Use a high-speed blender if you want hazelnuts creamy, with a butter consistency.
Add in cocoa powder, coconut sugar, keep blending while adding in the avocado.
Taste and adjust the ingredients, to satisfy your taste buds.
Save the Nutella spread into an airtight jar and preserve it in the fridge for about a week.
