Let it Snow Smoothie

For the Smoothie:
1 large very ripe frozen banana
1/2 to 1/3 frozen mulberries
2 Medjool dates-optional
Put all the ingredients in the blender. Boost the energy levels of the smoothie with your favourite nuts and fruits.
For the topping :
Mullberries, shredded coconut, goji berries.
I used wild mulberries. I pick them up in July-August and I keep them in the freezer, for my winter healthy recipes.
I also used a local variety of bananas {Musa acuminata}. They are smaller than the ones we import, so I used 2.
Taste and adjust the quantities as you like. Enjoy!
