Vegan Neapolitan Cheesecake-Aroma Taste and Light! 

3 layers Chocolate-Vanilla-Raspberry 

Vegan Neapolitan Cheesecake is the alternative to classic Neapolitan ice cream. It is made in a form of  3 district layers, usually vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry the most addictive flavors.

3 Layers Neopolitan Cheesecake-Vegan and Healthy

INGREDIENTS CRUST
1 cup almond flour
1 cup cats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp agave syrup

INGREDIENTS CHOCOLATE LAYER
1/2 cup soaked cashews
1/2 cup dark chocolate
3 tbsp coconut cream
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tsp agar agar

INGREDIENTS VANILLA LAYER
1/2 soaked cashews
2 tbsp coconut cream
1 tsp vanilla powder or vanilla bean
2 tbsp agave syrup
2 tsp agar agar

INGEDIENTS RASPBERRY LAYER
1/2 cup soaked cashews
2 tbsp coconut cream
1/2 cup frozen raspberry
2 tbsp agave syrup

2 tsp agar agar

METHOD

Crust, pour all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined. Pour cust into pan and press in the bottom evenly. Place it  in the fridge.

Chocolate layer, pour all ingredients in a Blender, except chocolate and agar agar, blend until smooth. Pour into pan with agar agar and bring into boil. In a bowl pour chocolate pieces. Then pour the cashews mixture on top, stir until smoothe and the chocolate melt and combine.Pour on top of the crust and back to the fridge until set.

Vanilla and Raspberry layer, same process as the chocolate layer. Let vanilla  and raspberry mixtures to cool before add on to chocolate/vanilla layer. Fridge for a few hours to set well.
