Nutritious and delicious parfait! So easy to make with just a few ingredients.
1.Coconut chia pitaya powder parfait
Coconut yogurt, pomegranate seeds, and blue chia pudding. For the pudding crush banana and mango add pitaya powder and blend until combined and creamy.
2. Coconut chia blue spirulina parfait
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp coconut shreds
1/4 cup of unsweeetened coconut milk
1/2 cup of unsweeetened coconut yogurt
1/2 tbsp blue spirulina
1 tbsp maple syrup
Mix all the ingredients and chill overnight!
Decorate and enoy!
